DELIVERY&#xA0;The delivery period shall be a maximum of 30 calendar days from the completion of the purchase.&#xA0;Estimated delivery time: 1&#x2013;3 business days.&#xA0;Shipping costs: Shipping costs are detailed during the purchase process. The customer shall bear customs handling costs, as well as any taxes and duties generated by the order.&#xA0;Delivery incidents: Our shipping provider will send an email indicating the delivery date. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL&#xA0;Return: due to a defect, fault, or receipt of an incorrect product. WARRANTY OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS&#xA0;All products are covered by the legal conformity warranty (3 years from the date of purchase) as provided under Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, of April 27.&#xA0;To request the application of the warranty, the customer must contact Customer Service (Clause 10). 3INA will assess the issue and, where applicable, offer solutions covered by the warranty: product repair or replacement with an identical or equivalent product, both at no cost to the customer.&#xA0;If repair or replacement is not possible, the customer may choose between a price reduction or termination of the contract with full refund.&#xA0;The 3-year legal warranty applies in accordance with EU law and is therefore only mandatory for customers residing in the EU.&#xA0;For customers residing outside the European Union, warranty duration and scope shall be governed by the mandatory law of the customer&#x2019;s country of residence.&#xA0; 10.
